The Master’s Degree in Interactive Digital Communication is a postgraduate course in tune with on-going changes in the media ecosystem. The Master’s Degree syllabus covers all aspects of Interactive Digital Communication, ranging from the theoretical challenges of new forms of communication to different genres and formats (on-line journalism, interactive marketing, communication with mobile devices, collaboration platforms, videogames, etc.).
The Master’s Degree in Interactive Digital Communication is a standard postgraduate course consisting of 90 European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) credits and lasting a year and a half. The syllabus offers two tracks:
Professional track. This track includes development of a communication project.
- Academic track. This tracks leads to a pre-doctoral research project.
Both tracks are available in face-to-face and blended learning modes:
- Face-to-face. In this mode the first academic year of the syllabus (October – June) is face-to-face and during the third term you prepare a research project under supervision.
The Master’s Degree is taught in the city of Barcelona.
- Blended learning. In this mode you attend face-to-face sessions for only three months of the first academic year of the syllabus (March – May); you take the remaining subjects on-line. As in the face-to-face mode, during the third term you prepare a research project under supervision.The Master’s Degree (face to face sessions) is taught in the city of Barcelona.
